It has been brought to the Admins attention that we need to outline the way disputes; rule breaking and other things that need to be reviewed by us are handled. The PM a admin method is not working and is no longer in affect.
At the bottom of every single post, whether made by member or admin, is a link to report that post to the admins. Reporting it adds it to a folder for us to review. If you see the rules being violated in any way it is your responsibility to report it to the admins or we cannot guarantee that it will be dealt with in a timely manner or at all. We try to make a effort to read every post however, we have lives and outside responsibilities. Do not hesitate to report a post. After the post is reported if you would like to try to work it out on your own with whomever else is involved we are fine with that however keep that action to PMs and off site messaging. Do not chat about it in the chat box.
Once a admin has viewed the reported post and if the agree there is a problem the thread will be locked. This is only temporary. All admins will be involved with the resolution of the problem and if we cannot come to an agreement it will go to vote. All this will be handled in a privet board viewable only to admins.
Our decision will be PMed to the person whose post was reported. The PM will contain the thread and post number in that thread as to be clear exactly what post we are talking about as well as what steps need to be taken to correct it. Once corrected notify in a PM ALL THREE of the admins to make sure the thread is reopened as soon as possible. An Admin will review the post after corrections are made and the thread will be reopened to RP again.
As for OCC posting- if reported and a rule is violated an admin will post quoting the offending post under the subject line of “Admin Mode” and issue a warning.
All repeated intentional violations of the rules will be handled in varying ways, warnings will be issued, a temporary ban from the site lasting one to two weeks. If violations continue the admin staff may decide to revoke your account and you will be banned.
I will say this again; there is to be no discussing in public areas administrative discipline. Such action is as much of a rule violation as excessive disrespect, playing using information your character should not know and playing god.
